Welcome

Thank you so much for visiting our website and for your interest in our business. Marleen v Haaften is a Product & Textile design studio based in the Netherlands. We create a range of handcrafted goods as a form of applied art, such as cushions, rugs and tapestries, as well as prints and postcards. We use only the finest materials for our products, with the aim of sourcing locally, consciously and sustainably. We hope our products will add a soft and poetic touch to your home. 

Shipping information

Most order ship within 1-3 business days. If you need something immediately please let us know and we can organise a speedy delivery. We also offer free click & collect from our studio in 's-Gravendeel (close to Rotterdam). If you would like to come by to collect an order, please let us know so we can be sure to have your package ready for collection. 

 

Shipping estimates are provided when ordering. If you require a faster delivery time, please contact us prior to purchasing for ordering and shipping arrangements.

Returns 

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and your shopping experience. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and the quality of craftsmanship we do not offer returns. All products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure your products leave in the highest possible standard. If you are unsure about a certain product choice ahead of shopping, please feel free to contact me so we  can show the product in more detail via facetime. In the event of a manufacturing defect, these items are eligible for repair or replacement. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and your experience of shopping with us, if for any reason you are dissatisfied please let us know and we will do our best to resolve the issue. 

Note that we will proceed to execute the order as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receipt of the order, unless a longer delivery period has been agreed (for instance for custom orders). If the order is delayed further or becomes permanently impossible, the Client will be notified as soon as possible but no later than one month after placing the order. In this case, the Customer is entitled to dissolve the agreement free of charge. We will then return the amount paid to the consumer as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after dissolution.​
